HPBA’s Women’s Mentoring Program

HPBA’s Women’s Mentoring Program officially began on September 21st with the program’s kickoff call. About 50 women are participating in the program, making up a mixture of retailers, distributors, sweeps, manufacturers’ reps, and distributors. Participants are located all over the U.S. and Canada. Mentors and mentees were matched, to the extent possible, based on several preferences, such as a role in the industry, geography, and specific development goals. HPBA has received early feedback from mentees and mentors that they feel their program partners are a great match and they’re excited to make progress in their careers. Anyone who would like to be put on the list to participate in next year’s 2022-2023 program can fill out forms and learn more on our website.
